At Cottontown Companions, Golden Retrievers are more than just dogs — they are part of our family. Located on our farm in Farmville, Virginia, we have been raising AKC Golden Retrievers since 2010 with a focus on health, temperament, and lifelong companionship.
Our goal is simple: raise happy, well-socialized puppies that grow into loyal, loving members of their new families.
Our Story
Golden Retrievers have been part of our lives for many years, and what began as a personal love for the breed naturally grew into Cottontown Companions.
Living on a farm in rural Virginia gives our dogs the space and environment they need to thrive. Our puppies are raised in a hands-on setting where they are exposed to daily interaction, routine care, and early socialization from the very beginning.
Since starting our program in 2010, we’ve remained committed to doing things the right way — focusing on healthy bloodlines, responsible breeding practices, and ensuring every puppy is placed in a home where they will be loved for a lifetime.
