General Use of Website

This website is intended to provide information about our Golden Retriever puppies, breeding program, and adoption process.

By using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information

Puppy Availability

All puppies are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, typically determined by deposit order.

We make every effort to keep availability accurate; however:

• Puppies may be reserved at any time

• Availability is subject to change without notice

• We reserve the right to refuse a sale at our discretion

Deposits & Payments

• A deposit is required to reserve a puppy

• Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing

• Remaining balances must be paid prior to or at the time of pickup

Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in forfeiture of the deposit and release of the puppy to another family.

Pickup & Delivery

• Puppies must be picked up at the agreed time and location unless prior arrangements are made

• We may offer guidance on transport options, but buyers are responsible for coordinating transportation unless otherwise agreed

We prioritize safe and low-stress transitions for each puppy.

Buyer Responsibility

By reserving or purchasing a puppy, you agree that:

• You are prepared to provide a safe, stable, and loving home

• You understand the responsibilities of owning a dog

• You will continue proper veterinary care, nutrition, and training

We reserve the right to decline placement if we believe it is not in the best interest of the puppy.

Health & Veterinary Care

Each puppy is:

• Vet-checked

• Up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations

• Raised with proper care and attention

A separate Health Guarantee outlines additional terms related to genetic health and veterinary requirements.

No Guarantees on Size, Color, or Temperament

While we do our best to provide accurate expectations:

• Adult size, color, and temperament cannot be guaranteed

• Each puppy is an individual and may vary as they grow

• We are not responsible for errors or omissions
